Overview:

After being saved from the Witch Cult, he is now working for Subaru. He recalls moments during those events and sees him as an old friend that he had met before. He thought to himself that he may be from Kararagi, but he wasn't sure. Subaru enters the carriage and gave him encouraging banters, which made Otto a little bit embarrassed. He then tells Otto to hurry and meet with Roswaal.
